Fresh Voice worked with Nottingham City Council for 18 months to grow networks of support within the city. Connecting To Nottingham was a major part of the Council's Social Care transformation.
In 2016 we're excited to be working with a major housing provider in the West Midlands to become a national exemplar in building healthy new towns.

In October 2015 Fresh Voice helped Hilton Nursing Partners use Google Apps and readily available Android devices to work more closely with patients and their families, deliver better service, and improve patient satisfaction. The approach helped Hilton win an important contract with East Kent CCG and reduce delays in transfer of care from East Kent Hospitals.
